Miami-Dade County Public Schools Office of Program Evaluation
Parent Involvement Survey: 2007-08
Instructions
The School Board of Miami-Dade County recognizes that strong, continuing family and community involvement in all aspects of school programs and activities provides support for measurable improvement in student achievement. In order to determine the effectiveness of the District’s programs, parents are asked to respond to an annual survey. Your answers to this survey will provide a measure of the District’s success in involving parents. The findings of this survey will be compared to last year’s results. Please answer each question as it applies to you. In most cases, you will be asked to use a scale to indicate your level of agreement or disagreement with a statement. Your answers should reflect your experience during the current school year. If you have children who attend different schools, please answer the questions with regard to only one school at a time. You may submit a survey for each school.
