PURPOSE: To discuss succession management, current Board policies, and the potential development of procedures for the selection of those employees who report to the Board. The School Board Attorney will present at the Board workshop any legal issues or concerns related to current Board policies and/or procedures which may be developed, to ensure compliance with Florida Statute 1001.50. A copy of the workshop agenda will be made available by 10:00 a.m., February 26, 2020, Citizen Information Center, Room 102, 1450 N. E. Second Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33132.
